Hey Madge

Jaiden rVa James are a young duo from London, who go by names of Jaiden James and Rasharn De Vera Agyemang.

I really love how they’ve brought traditional african culture into a contempory collection through the prints. I recently did a very similar collection project on african tribes so it’s really cool to see how somebody else interprates it.

Looks like they’re slowly starting to pick up pace too, they had an installation yesterday in MAN at London Fashion Week. There seems to be no photos of that floating around yet, although I’m sure there will be some on their blog soon enough. Oh yeah check that out too!
